Trunk or Treat events were held across the Chicagoland Area this week. LWV of Central Kane County members Terry Allen, Llona Steele, Kris Davis, Pat Engel, and Audrey Tillman shared candy, cheer, and festive decorations during the Trunk or Treat event at Batavia Apartments on Thursday.
